BARDON BOWLING CENTERS respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information in our centers or through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at BARDON BOWLING CENTERS or its Web sites.
Part I. Information Collection
BARDON BOWLING CENTERS collects information at several points. We collect the following information about the guests that visit our facility or through our web sites: Name, address, telephone, email, and birth date. We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information; Marital status, product preferences, interests and occupation. We may also collect the above listed information which our guests divulge about other people, such as through referrals or gift purchases.
We collect demographic data in order to target our most likely guest rather than to saturate our entire database with offers that potentially applies to a small percentage of the database reducing the potential for you to receive “junk” mail.
We collect this information through our Guest Profile cards, contest entries, web sites and special promotions, to name a few. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and special offers, name, address, phone number and email are the preferred minimum so we can ensure deliverability of the offers we have been told our guests are interested in receiving. Other information we request is optional.
We verify the accuracy of this information by securely uploading our database to a server that validates the database against the National Change of Address (NCOA) Database annually, and is verified for deliverability monthly. The cleansed database is then returned to us at each BARDON BOWLING CENTER.
Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by BARDON BOWLING CENTERS will be used for announcing events, promotions, clubs, leagues, parties and many more opportunities for our guests to take advantage of, if they choose to do so. Out of respect for the privacy of our guests we present the option to not receive these types of communications and our database software allows us to track each person so you only receive the media methods you tell us you wish to receive.
The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles, called affinity groups. These groups at times help us determine the best market for our product offerings and allow us to provide you with a better experience or solve a problem that you have in common with other people.
We will at limited times share data with third parties who have expressed interested in promoting bowling with a nation-wide program that benefits the local level BARDON BOWLING CENTER nearest you. Examples of such an organization would be the United States Bowling Congress creating a summer family fun package that introduces people to a new program where those who wish to take advantage of it can go directly to a BARDON BOWLING CENTER to sign-up or participate. These third parties will use the information as stated in their objectives that we must first sign-off on and will file on each company. Our guests may at any time opt-out to have their information shared with third parties.
If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by providing revised copies available at any BARDON BOWLING CENTER.
Part III. Access to Information
BARDON BOWLING CENTERS maintains the accuracy of our information by following our written procedures on data collection and entry into our software program. Guests may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by contacting the BARDON BOWLING CENTER(s) you frequent and asking for a copy of the Bowler Profile Report we have on file about you. Guests may inactivate their information by contacting the same centers and asking to opt-out of our email, phone and fax communications.
Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, guests may contact BARDON BOWLING CENTERS by telephone, email, web site, or fax to notify us of the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes within 48 Hours.
Part V. Data Storage and Security

Access to the data is only available through a host machine with matching registration numbers and security codes.
