Dear family, friends, and fans,
Like many of you, we have been following the development of the crisis, and our concerns have grown. It is now up to us, the private sector, to be responsible. We as a team have had to make very difficult decisions. We started with adding strict procedures to our already industry-exceeding cleaning routines. We then closed early.
It is with a heavy heart and sense of deep responsibility for the health and safety of our team and guests to temporarily close our fun venue as of 1pm today, March 17.
This decision impacts our staff and guests, but we could not ethically remain open if that meant the possibility of someone contracting it in a public space such as ours. The only way for this pandemic to slow down is if every business, organization, and individual takes drastic measures to stop it.
League play will also be discontinued due to the closure. We’re working on finding a creative solution on how we will finish them. We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time. By April 1, we will revisit options and alert league officers on any changes or updates.
If you had an event or party scheduled within the next few weeks, please reach out to our event coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or (920) 739-9503 so we can work with you to reschedule or if necessary refund.
Ultimately, Super Bowl is a gathering spot for having fun and making memories so this was a difficult decision for everyone. We must help each other in these uncharted waters to make our community strong once again. As a small business, we’ve made it through tough times before, and we can make it through this current setback, too, with your help. We will continue to evaluate and inform our valued guests, so keep checking your email, our website, and social media for updates, summer news, and signup info. After all, we all could use something to look forward to!
Here’s to hoping this is under control soon, so we can get back to what we do best, providing fun!
Thank you for supporting us.
